That was absolutely fantastic, i loved it! I'm switching from churches to team Bojangles 😋
I had the chicken sandwich. It was small for the price and not fresh at all. The milkshake were good. They carry Pepsi products. Bathroom was fairly descent. The restaurant was pretty clean, only one other table was here. To me the quality of the food is slipping, this will be my last time here.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bojangles. The employee who took my order (name on receipt: Tony) was distracted, talking to multiple cars at once, and my order was taken incorrectly.
At the window, I could see her handling food. After waiting, she came to the window while still taking another order. My drinks had ice even though I asked for no ice, my food was poorly packed (two meals in one small bag), and no straws were given. When I asked for my drinks to be fixed, she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips.
After paying, I checked my food and it was still wrong. She walked away, closed the window, and continued making food with the same gloves after touching surfaces and the register.
Another employee (name on receipt: Andria) came to the window and was also rude. Her hands appeared visibly dirty with what looked like flour up to her elbows. When I addressed the incorrect order and hygiene concerns, she became defensive and said things like “you can make a complaint, I don’t care” and “so you want a refund?” No apology was given.
I even tried to return the food but was told they couldn’t throw it away due to “cross contamination,” yet employees were clearly handling money and surfaces with the same gloves used to prepare food.
Overall, terrible customer service and very concerning cleanliness practices. I will not be returning.

This location needs to hire more staffing. They ALWAYS direct you to park when ordering through drive thru. It’s called drive thru not park for pick up. When I parked I walked over 10 minutes, came inside and still waited additional time. Same guy taking orders was also serving the food while 3 other employees were slow and doing idk what.

Today's four stars rating was generous. I split the difference between the five stars for the food I received for lunch time on a Thursday afternoon, and the three stars is for overall service that was lacking, that I easily recognized. So let's start with the negatives first and I'll lean into the positives to wrap up my first review of any Bojangles fast food franchise.
My cashier Jackaylan was not super confident in taking my order although she tried to get it together. Which was 90% better than the majority of Gen Z people I've exchanged words with. It wasn't busy at all on a Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. All the people I watched, from my table near the door on the east side were entering or leaving the Best Stop Cajun Market next door. There was only one guy inside this restaurant besides me. And a couple of drive through orders came up during the forty five minutes I was there inside for lunch. The clarity of her communication with me wasn't clear, when she spoke back to me. Especially, for the amount of change returned to me. I'll be watching for that again, if I choose to return here. Which by the way, there store location is located in the newer district of 77521, in the expansion side of Baytown, close to Mont Belvieu. It's on the Chambers County side of the line. Not on the popular Garth Road or Main, where the main population of Baytown lives nearby.
My order was simple enough and I enjoyed everything on my order. #1 Chicken biscuit combo which included a regular drink and a regular Bo- Tato rounds. I chose their unsweetened Legendary Iced Tea which was excellent. So were the taste of the biscuit and chicken. And the potato rounds which were tasty! And I ordered four of their well desirable sweet icing biscuit favorites, I've heard by other Maps reviewers, as the Bo- Berry Biscuits. Since you can't go wrong when you include blueberries in your dish. I do all the time with cereal and milk. So why not in an afternoon dessert. And it washed down good with the iced tea. So the other two I'm holding onto until Saturday morning with my coffee. IDK, It might be a bit healthier than say, chocolate cake or brownie with chocolate chips for an afternoon delight. That kind of sweet, I have to swerve my cart everytime by, in the Kroger Marketplace Deli.
Too, there were crumbs on two tables, some trash under one of the used tables, and crumbs uncleaned on the serving tray/ trash bin area.
And Kid's handprints on the east side door glass, and the glass over two tables nearest the drink dispenser, uncleaned.
Another employee that visited the seating area only once in a 45 minute stretch. She only wiped the tables and didn't observe the trash on the floor, or the door glass smudged or prints on those two table windows. No dustpan, broom or mop and bucket were brought out by her after her pass through.
As a former Church's Fried Chicken manager I spotted these discrepancies immediately while inside.
Although the general manager chose to have his name posted on the east door's glass, I'll chalk up his complete mismanagement, towards service and the uncleanliness in this relatively new to the Baytown area franchise, as the lacking elemental factor behind these too lacksadasical employees' behavorial attitudes about lackluster service.
