  Sonic 2601 Avenue F Bay City, TX 77414 Store number 1616 Transaction date/time 3/28/26 18:28 This is not the first time. First off, ordered 10 prior to getting to restaurant, just 2 sodas. Got to restaurant and checked in on app. 5 minutes later one employee comes out of the bathroom. I completely understand that, we had no issues with that. 5 minutes after that, the other 2 workers came from behind the building just talking away to each other, both had their headsets on. Then it was another 5-10 minutes before we got our 2 sodas with no ice and just one flavor added to each. Very simple order. The black woman that was working is very rude and has mega very bad customer service skills. All the times we have been there and she has been our car hop, she has yet to ever say a single word to us. I will be putting this everywhere i can to make sure it gets noticed. There are only 2 people that ever give us our order that are actually nice. It is ridiculous that someone like that is allowed to work there at all.

  Rude people work here. Multiple visits Multiple people same result. Owner however is friendly as ever it seems. Ty for the response. I changed to 2 stars because of this. With change in service I will gladly change to 5 star.

  The atmosphere was okay but it wasn't the best like your machine was frozen up now watch a guy try to get a drink out of he had to push it over and over again half of your machines outside in your area either the weather's been tore them up or they need to be upgraded it's always dead over there seems like a nursing home when I go by and I do DoorDash so I'm everywhere

  Wanted to order something at one of their screens. Pushed the button, screen said I had to wait. Nothing happened. Then we left and went to Whataburger. I guess they don't need customers. Fits this run down city.
