Needs better customer service. How do you expect to have business when you don't take orders in drive thru line. It's happened several times having to wait several minutes in the morning with no one taking order in drive thru line. It's supposed to be a fast food service. If I have to wait 5-10 minutes until you answer on speaker to take my order I'm going somewhere else to get food like I did this morning especially when there is no one else in the car lane. So you lost my business until you get better service. All of the other Whataburgers I go to isn't this issue except for this one in Bay City. And I love all the food at Whataburgers. But this is so aggravating. If you fix this issue I will continue to go to this Whataburger in Bay City.
