I got the biscuit and drink so I called McDonald's about my hot cakes. They did replace it but the guy on the phone had no customer service. I went to go pick up my food and when I got there, nobody had known that I should be getting a replacement meal. I spoke to a different manager and she had no customer service as well. I get home with my food and the biscuit is wrong and I got no syrup with my hot cakes. Who eats hot cakes without syrup?
