- KBKevin BonillaFeb 3, 20261.03-3-26 , 6:55pm , the worst experience at any bakery part of a grocery store , as soon as i waslked up there the lady was on her phone , i was looking for a cheesecake, so i asked her because im from Houston not familiar with the bayvity heb, and all she did was point in a direction and got on her phone . … as i walked away toward that direction she was still leaning on the table on her phone . I asked her again and all she did was point at another direction… bad service you guys need another bakery employee that is there ti give customers a great experience!
- NSNicole StevensJan 31, 20261.0Managers at the Bay City HEB, do better for your customers. We don't have anywhere else to go that has better groceries in town. It's absolutely unnecessary to follow and profile people who are doing absolutely nothing wrong. It's also unnecessary and beyond unacceptable to watch customers while they're in line for the checkout as if they're going to run out the door without paying or hide things from the cashier. Reading through reviews and seeing that this sort of thing happened a year ago did not surprise me. The experience of grocery shopping at this location has become uncomfortable and irritating. I have yet to say anything to any manager to escalate the situation due to the fact that I highly doubt my voice would be heard without judgement. Some extra training is needed for customer care and customer interactions and there needs to be some extensive retraining in the code of ethics. This cannot continue to happen to people who do nothing wrong. I hope that things can change but the expectations are very low. Update: Upon receiving a response to this review, it goes without saying that the issue will more than likely not be fixed. I can't expect anyone to answer the phone and actually have a conversation about this concern. I will still try calling, but my expectations for a resolution or answer to this issue remain on the floor.
