  Tried to use a $15 gift card today. The staff could not make it work. Nor could the manager. So they took the card and comped my wife's meal for free. Her meal was a burrito supreme, a taco supreme, and a Mountain Dew... NOT a $15 meal! Then when I got home... the taco supreme had no sour cream (so a regular taco)... AND they also forgot my order of cinnamon crisps. Very shoddy service all around. Would like some sort of compensation for all of the errors please!

  night manager for 4/10/26 should honestly be fired . very disgusting and told me to leave the line after i had to go up there and discuss what happened with my doordash order since they couldnt answer the phone nor doordash when we called . this is disappointing , i work in customer service and would never treat my customer the way they just treated me .
