  TL, DR: I watched a receipt get dropped on the floor, picked up, placed on the counter, end up in a container of meat, my food handled with the same gloves used to pick it up, then multiple toppings grabbed, before deciding to walk out. - - - I’m not saying anything about the workers personally, but I most likely won’t be coming back to this location after having to walk out in the middle of multiple sandwiches being made. As an employee was starting my order, they dropped what I assume was a receipt for a mobile order on the floor. I understand wanting to work fast, but I unfortunately had to watch as they bent down and grabbed the receipt off the floor, place it back on the steel area where the sandwich’s are made, and then proceed to grab the bread for my sandwiches and start cutting them. I apologized and asked the employee to please change their gloves and give me new bread, which they did, but the thought of that receipt being on the floor and now right next to my food was set in. I again watched as the employee handled the receipt, this time tossing it down on the counter but landing directly in one of the containers of meat. I figured I’m not getting that meat, so RIP to whoever does, but I’ll not say anything further. I prayed the employee wouldn’t handle my sandwich’s again, which they unfortunately did to put it in and take it out of the toaster. I figured they just touched the paper, but then remembered that paper is about to be rolled up on the sandwiches. I was up for selecting toppings, and was about to ask the next person to please change the papers the sandwiches were on, but then the first employee reached over and started grabbing handfuls of the toppings, again, same gloves going back and forth between food and the receipt. At this point I apologized and walked out. I understand some may find this ridiculous, but in my mind they might as well have made my sandwiches on the floor. Nitpicky, sure, but this is literally health code violation type stuff. Think of all the stuff you walk in, step in, etc. throughout the day, then imagine taking whatever you’re currently eating and touching the bottom of your shoe with it for about 5 seconds, then eating it. I realize much worse probably happens at any number of places, but standing there watching it happen right in front of you… sorry but I couldn’t do it.

  Old lady working there put cheese when I said no cheese and only put 5 pickles on my footlong. Do NOT go in if she is working.

  I didn’t realize they closed at 9, showed up 15 minutes before close last night. The workers were cleaning and getting ready to close. The girl working greeted me friendly and made my sandwich. I know most places would give attitude being so close to closing, but this one did not. Good job!

  Placed an online order and when I got there, they didn’t have any steak, meatballs, or pepper jack. Got a turkey sandwich, when I got home it tasted and smelled expired. It got me sick with stomach flu the next day. On top of that, I noticed the guy making sandwiches kept pulling up his pants with the gloves he was making sandwiches with.
