  They need to change all their staff besides the teen Hispanic girls,used to be my favorite place but everything is TRASH if their not working this is so disappointing and embarrassing that I keep trying over and over today they forgot bacon and cucumber on all the sandwiches,nothing was toasted,WAY TO MUCH RANCH and WAYYYY to much ham usually don’t mind ALITTLE extra ham but it was a unbelievable amount for no reason that doesn’t make up for the missing ingredients especially when I taste nothing but ranch. Last time they randomly added onions and mayo instead of ranch when neither was on the dash order AND something was wrong with the bread I have no clue what.makes me so sad this place has gone to shit this past year. I never leave reviews much but after the last 5 orders have been so crappy felt like I had to. Please bring in another manager these ones are failing for bad.

  We had a very pleasant experience at Subway. Chris and his team member were both exceptionally kind and took the time to explain the customer appreciation process to us, which we truly appreciated. Although they were out of roast beef at the time, which was the reason we had chosen this location during our trip from Houston, we were still able to enjoy a ham and cheese sandwich as well as a teriyaki chicken sandwich. Chris was very courteous, and the establishment was clean and well maintained. We appreciate the excellent service.

  5 foot longs and a 6 inch and still can't get 1 of them correct. If I wanted someone to ignore my ingredient requests, make me a sandwich with 3 day old bread and serve them all to me in unmarked white paper (cheap) wrappers I would have went to a food truck and not a nationally recognized sandwich restaurant. The owner needs to be held to some type of standard. This Subway is garbage. I will make sure the owner doesn't get my money anywhere else in town. Trash.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting, and when I asked simple questions about the menu, I was met with attitude and impatience. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Customer service is a big part of any restaurant, and unfortunately, this location completely missed the mark. The lack of respect and professionalism made the entire experience unpleasant. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others unless there are major improvements in how customers are treated.
