I called, and I started nicely. But when the associate interrupted me to say they don’t take orders over the phone while I was explaining I placed an order over the app I then showed her the same level of disrespect. She claimed I wasn’t in the curbside pickup… yes, my family and I definitely were in spot #6. Then she claimed we didn’t check in… incorrect, the app checked us in as we entered the parking lot and directed us to spot #6. And she kept talking about anything that didn’t delivering our food. Finally, I raised my voice to bring us our food and hung up while she was still talking nonsense. I’ll be calling back after I calm down to get a full refund.
