Went through the drive thru, ordered $43 worth of food. Didn’t receive a burger that I ordered. Called the restaurant, they wanted me to drive back up there to get the burger and the person that put the stuff in the bag claimed they put everything in there. They in fact did not and when asked if they were going to give me gas money for me having to come back up there on an order they messed up, they told me the only thing they can do is make another burger. They didn’t give me a receipt. It’s 5:00 on a Friday and they were not busy. I told them I didn’t want to drive back up there because by the time I got back home, the rest of my food would be ice cold. I called corporate at this point. This is the second time they’ve done this at this location. The last time we went(4 months ago), they did the same thing. Perhaps corporate needs to come in for a secret shop and test their employees now, I’m $7 short on the food I ordered and Wendy’s made $7 profit on something they didn’t earn. Never purchasing from here again.

Chili tasted bitter, tables and soda machine are dirty. They weren't even busy, we were the only ones in there. No reason to be like that!

After Wendy’s, redid their menu a couple years ago their quality and customer service has improved greatly.
That does not apply to this location. I’ve been here five times. They have messed my order up every single time. Nobody speaks English. It is impossible to get customer service at this location. This is just a horrible location, which sucks because I do like Wendy’s when I find a good Wendy’s and I don’t live to a good Wendy’s outside of this one of which this one is terrible.
I’m not usually the kind of guy to give a review but the one thing this location does Wright is their breakfast. It’s the only thing they do right is their breakfast and it’s the only reason I go to this location.
For some reason, this location is now opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and they’re no longer serving breakfast at all so now there is just no reason that she’ll go to this establishment for this business and I will never return or even try to return now that they’ve gotten rid of the one thing that was actually really freaking good. Very sad.
