- CBChase BradshawJan 5, 20261.0After Wendy’s, redid their menu a couple years ago their quality and customer service has improved greatly. That does not apply to this location. I’ve been here five times. They have messed my order up every single time. Nobody speaks English. It is impossible to get customer service at this location. This is just a horrible location, which sucks because I do like Wendy’s when I find a good Wendy’s and I don’t live to a good Wendy’s outside of this one of which this one is terrible. I’m not usually the kind of guy to give a review but the one thing this location does Wright is their breakfast. It’s the only thing they do right is their breakfast and it’s the only reason I go to this location. For some reason, this location is now opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and they’re no longer serving breakfast at all so now there is just no reason that she’ll go to this establishment for this business and I will never return or even try to return now that they’ve gotten rid of the one thing that was actually really freaking good. Very sad.

- DPDead PoolNov 24, 20252.0My son and I went into Wendy's around 10:25pm and ordered 2 "San Asiago Ranch Chicken Clubs", one with everything, one without Pickles and Tomato. We also said we wanted 1 extra ranch. After waiting 7 minutes, we got Spicy and not Homestyle (even though they never asked us how we wanted the chicken patty) so they took it back and remade it. Then we had to wait another 7 minutes for a total of almost 15 minutes for them to give us the sandwich but they BOTH had Tomatos and Pickles, which I told them I didn't want! Since we wanted to get home after a long day, we left. They should have given us something for waiting so long and should look over what we ACTUALLY ask for. This is the worst Wendy's I been to in awhile!!!!
