Just picked up two cheeseburgers, waited in line at the drive thru…our food was ice cold. Never have experienced this at Sonic.

This is the worst Sonic I've ever encountered. They only serve cars that pull in and never the drive-thru!

Sonic is always the best place to go to eat. It is funny though that some of them do not have the double jalapeno burger. I can't remember if this one did or not.

Experience here on 11-12-2025 little after 7 pm. While placing order person act like they could not hear,we ask question concerning the food,person still repeating order that we were not placing yet waiting on answer to our question. When order came no napkins, was not ask if we needed any. Of course we were going to be eating food so why not put napkins in the bag with the order. The young people need to learn how to be a customer Service person working with food. We ask for ketsup and mustard,order came with 2 ketsup and no mustard. People pay attention when you take the customers order.
