This store is a JOKE!! They wasted money re-building it when they could have built another down the road. As stated in other posts. The workers stocking and pulling orders could care less about others in the store. They leave their order carts every where. Now the people that shop here are THE RUDEST in the country. They have know respect for other customers. They leave their baskets in the middle of the isle and walk away, then come back to it. This happens in every Isle. Shoppers coming in with a minimum of 5 people in their party. Kids running all over the place or standing in the isles playing with each other. HEB does NOTHING about asking people to move their carts or have customers act human and be courteous to other shoppers. Whoever designed this store needs to go back to the drawing board. The parking lot is a total disaster. Not enough handicapped spots. I can't tell you how many times I've seen seniors walking from the end of the parking lots because they couldn't get a handicapped spot. People parking where ever they want, handicapped spots filled with non handicapped placards, no security for this because their private property and the police can't site the offenders. This HEB store is a total JOKE!!!. Will never shop here again!!! Never enough people checking or bagging, They expect you to bag your own groceries and do your own checking out. Not a chance. This is what they get paid to do. Hire more and quit being so greedy about making money. Your prices are atrocious. They keep going up and never come down.

Don't go to this HEB if you're in a van or RV!! I got kicked out for being parked 22minutes and I was shopping!!!
I was on my way to see family in Galveston. Stopped at HEB to get groceries and want in the store for 30min probably. I returned to my Van and was putting the groceries in my cooler. (Hadn't even closed the lid) And a security guard knocked on my door. I opened and ask what was up. He said I had to leave and wasn't welcome. I was on private property.... I said I literally had just came out of the store after buying groceries. The security said he'd noticed my van parked for 22 minutes and that was too long and I needed to go and that was HEB policy. I've loved and shopped at HEB for years and rave out HEB to all my out of state friends. But I will never return to this location again after being disrespected like that. Shame on you HEB!! 22 min is too long to shop the week of Christmas... what if I was getting 300 in groceries and shopped for an hour?? Would you tow me? Ridiculous!!!!
