It was not in my next order on 2/9. I called today to make sure they would add it to my curbside order today. I was told it would be added. We got home & it was not added. I called to tell them & they said they were not going to give me a replacement since it has now been over a month. Feel like they stole money from us by giving us spoiled meat & not doing anything about it. My review of this experience is on top of about 2 years worth of curbside orders missing stuff when we get home. I am excited to have a new grocery store to go to soon.

Unfortunately, the butcher department was already closed. Rigo, a young man from the butcher department, noticed I was looking and went completely out of his way to help me even though he wasn’t working in that department at the time. He took the time to assist me and helped me find an absolutely perfect steak. He didn’t have to do that, but he did, and it truly saved my Valentine’s Day. That level of care and willingness to help is rare, and it speaks volumes about both Rigo and H-E-B. Thank you, Rigo, for going above and beyond. You made a big difference.
