  Sou brasileiro, estive nessa loja juntamente com minha irmã no início do mês de novembro 2025. Pedimos dois sundaes e ficamos esperando, esperando, esperando e nada. Os funcionários conversando entre eles semp parar, resolvemos nos levantar da mesa e ir até o balcão para saber se estava tudo certo com nosso pedido e só assim eles nos entregaram os sundaes e que sinceramente não estavam com o gosto muito bom também. Eu já estive em outras lojas Dairy Queen e os sundaes são uma delícia, diferentemente dessa loja de Bastrop. Bastrop precisa urgentemente de outra loja Dairy Queen, essa única que existe lá já está antiga e o atendimento e a qualidade não são dos melhores.

  I meant to post this review a few weeks ago but have gotten busy. For my daughters 11th Birthday I was trying to find an Ice Cream cake for her. I tried other places and they were outrageously priced or wanted 48 hours notice. I called this DQ the day prior, spoke with a very nice young man whom took my order and was very polite and helpful. I was told that they likely didn't have time for custom decorating which I was okay with because it was short notice but asked what colors I wanted. When I went to pick my order up the next day I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully sprayed cake that was perfect for what I needed. The manager was very nice and polite when I went in to pick up the cake. The cake was also delicious and a huge hit at my daughters birthday party. Thank you for making our experience a positive one!!! I will order again from our local DQ.

  Recent experience was horrible, Health inspection needs to shut down ASAP. Called to get my order corrected and they only wanted to replace the burger combo. I ordered 3 ice creams which melted, stake finger and chicken combo with no drink. General manager needs to get involved ASAP. The manager who called didn't want to right the wrong her employees did. Roaches and crickets all in and around the place. Food is cold. Save some time and just pass it up.

  Well this was an experience .. let me preface i have been coming to this location for 10 years without incident Today there was some very loud employees having a very loud conversation and dripping F bombs one after another and other colorful language so much so that is all you heard in the dinning area .. I went to get my place my order the girl rolled her eyes an sighed loudly.. I actually apologized and said I just need to make an order if that is okay. She didn't respond . And just glared .. like wow what the ??? So I told her my order . Went an sat down and listen to cuss word after cuss word from the kitchen of the entire staff cutting up.. when they brought out my ice cream .. I told the girl that all that cussing was horrible to listen to .. she never apologized however I will note it most certainly quieted down afterward Came for ice cream got live action life after lock down.

  Great service, staff actually greeted us. Food came out fast and actually hot. Had a great experience will most definitely go again.
