They don’t serve the food properly and treat customers as if our money doesn’t matter at all. What’s worse is that they ignore people who are actually waiting in line and instead serve anyone who walks in. There is no organization whatsoever. On top of that, the restaurant is dirty, which is unacceptable for a place that serves food. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be coming back.

When we went back inside the girl said “we can’t do anything about it. we can’t refund you. you have to tell us that you’re here for the BOGO” but she was right there when we were talking to the two other staff members about the deal. and we asked ‘so there’s absolutely NOTHING that can be done?’ and she called a guy over I believe his name was Angel and he was like “no there’s nothing you can do. we tell you the prices before you pay.” and we went back and forth with this dude for like 5 mins and he ended up giving us a free chips and 2 drinks. ALSO THEY WERE OUT OF LIKE EVERYTHING, steak, queso, guacamole, dressing. all of it. this chipotle sucks. people are rude. they all flirt with the guys. do not recommend
