The apple fritters had no apple, just cinnamon and frosting. And they didn't even have prepacked pralines and cream ice cream. What Baskin Robbins would not have pre-packed? Pralines and cream!

The staff frequently leave you feeling like you're bothering them and seem to favor selling the donuts. This means the ice cream section is frequently left abandoned unless there are absolutely no other customers in the store. The last time I went in I couldn't even get the staff to acknowledge my presence until I called out and asked if they were closing down the ice cream counter. This was after waitinf for fifteen minutes where two other customers who were in line in front of me simply left. In other stores where they sell both donuts and ice cream I've experienced that if they are understaffed and don't have enough business for one counter they may temporarily shut the least busy (read dead) counter down, which was why I asked. They promptly snapped, "No, we're busy!" If I'm going to spend $80+ on frozen treats for my friends and family, I'll take my business where I can get someone to acknowledge me without being rude.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
