- JRJeff Raffaele2 days ago3.09:32am on a Sunday morning. 5 employees behind the counter. 1 customer ahead of me ( I understand mobile/calling orders). I ordered 1 large black coffee. FOURTEEN MINUTES later NO plain black coffee. I asked for a manager, by the time he arrives we were at 16 minutes no coffee. He explained why and it made some sense BUT as I sat there idle waiting non of the 5 employees come by to let me know why no coffee. So after the manager gave me refund there was ZERO effort on his part to rectify the situation. He never even said how long it might be for a cup of black coffee (the simplest form of coffee). So my final thoughts are this Duncan donuts needs training at all levels especially at the management level. I am sure customer service is at the top of Duncan donuts list on treating customers. There are a lot of choices in coffee spots in this town, Starbucks, McDonald's, coffee dog, Whataburger, etc where I can get the same service and un most better customer service.

Service can depend on the time of day, but it’s usually quick enough to get in and out. Mornings can get busy, especially in the drive thru, so expect a bit of a wait. Best to avoid too late at night as the the food can be old.
