  We usually go through the drive-thru, service has always been great. Staff has always been friendly & fast on our order. Great place to eat.

  Appalling service. They got part of our Blizzard order wrong, and when we politely brought it back to be corrected, we were met with an extremely condescending attitude while only to receive yet another incorrect order as a replacement. The Blizzards that were correct were watery and melted, as if they had been sitting out while other orders were being made. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our family will not be spending money at this establishment again.

  We loved our stop at this Dairy Queen. Every employee we interacted with was great, but Eddie was fantastic from the moment we walked into the door!

  Tonight my daughter and I got dinner at thus Dairy Queen. She ordered food and a large Blizzard. I ordered a medium Blizzard. When the server Connell handed me my Blizzard he didn't turn it upside down. I turned the Blizzard upside down myself and a small amount fell to the ground. I pointed out to him that he didnt turn it uoside down and asked for my free Blizzard as that is Dairy Queen policy. Connell said he didnt know anything about this policy and didnt know where I heard it from. I asked for a manager and he told me he was the manager. I told him I would look up the policy while he got the rest of our order. When he handed us my daughter's Blizzard he very quickly turned it upside down. When he handed us the rest of the order I let him know that I looked up the policy and it still said that if the server didn't turn the Blizzard upside down then I would get a coupon for a free Blizzard on my next visit. Connell told me they didn't even have coupons for that. I asked him if this store was corporate or a franchise. He told me corporate. I asked for the corporate number and Connell said he didn't have a number for corporate. I asked him to please give me a contact for his boss. Connell said I could come in tomorrow to speak with his boss he couldnt give me his bosses private number. I asked if that is his district manager (since he said he was the manager) and he said no that's his store manager. Turns out Connell is the shift manager. The reason I only gave one star ratings was because Connell, a shift manager, didnt know about a longstanding corporate policy, said he didn’t have a number for me to reach out to corporate, and in general seemed impatient with me even though I was calm and polite while making my requests. I even told him thank you and have a good night as I drove away. Once I got home I realized my Blizzard wasnt pink like the one on the advertisement in the drive thru and tasted less flavorful then I've had in the past. It looks like they may have forgotten an ingredient that gave it more color and taste. Over all I will be reaching out to Robert the store manager and hopefully this will be resolved.
