  The menu prices don't match what is charged. I ordered a kids meal and it was rung up more expensive than what was advertized. These are deceptive practices that need to be corrected.

  Just left the drive-thru in Bastrop, ordered a classic roast beef with curly fries and got a roast beef with cheese and sauce added-- which I didn't order at all, as it makes me sick. My husband got a Ruben that they drowned in Thousand Island dressing, which HE can't eat, either. So tired of paying for food I didn't order and can't eat-- it makes more sense to just flush money down a toilet.

  Tried to use a coupon. Was charged full price. Brought it to their attention. Was then refunded an incorrect amount that wasn't the full difference. Insulting customer service. Can't do the bare minimum or pretend to do their job.
