  My experience was tough but I will be honest. 4/2/26 the store was very low staff. This was our first time at this location and I can't say it was the worst or the best but I can say the staff did there best. Shameka was very nice during such a trialing situation of a bunch of hungry guests who have waited as patiently as they could for their orders. I will give this location another try but I do want to give those who were working this night a round of applause for giving it their all. I know it could not have been easy but they stuck it through. The location needs more staff help and Thank you for providing for my family and I. I know I probably did not make anything easier as I walked in with complaints but I am glad you guys stuck it through to humble me. Keep at it 💪👏

  Waited over two hours for my food and did not get it on 04/02/2026. Manager Shameka would not refund me and gave me store credit that I can only use at that store.

  Very poor customer service. Had to wait over 1 hour and 30 minutes for a cheese pizza. I was not the only one waiting. Low staffed.

  My $45 order was delivered without the 2‑liter soda that I paid for. I went to the store with my receipt to pick it up, and instead of being helped, I was accused by an employee of lying. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have no reason to lie about a missing soda. The interaction was rude and very unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer and order from this location monthly, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see that loyal customers are not valued.
