- KBKaran BediSep 30, 20251.0They don’t let you order in the front unless you’re ordering through the app or use self service so it’s easier to just go through drive-through instead of giving Taco Bell your personal information and they make it harder and harder Denise who was supposed to be taking front was doing drive-through and the person who was supposed to do drive-through was telling me that they cannot take orders at the front even though they have machine which I feel like she refuse to do because they can please don’t hire people in customer service cannot provide customer service for the hours they are getting paid systems are made to make things faster and a human brain made that and on top of that the food that they gave me I feel like has fungus and I asked for nacho fries and the fries they gave me have multiple fungus if anything happens to me I’m a come after them or if I died hopefully these aren’t my last words😭
