    I went to this sonic this morning and sat in the drive through for 20 mins and when I finally got to the window they charged me for someone else’s food and gave me their drink when I told her that’s not what I ordered she took the drink back and sat it on the side then made me another drink then told me pull up and wait another 10 mins when I checked my daughter’s bag she had tots instead of fries that I ordered, I went in the store and she told me I had to wait another 2,5 minutes for fries, so now my daughter is late for school and I asked her will they offer me something for this inconvenience and she said just the fries she’s making, horrible customer service, her name is Stephanie and she seem to not care one bit when I told her I was going to do a review on her service also my kid was late for school because of this

    We ordered a Strawberry Malt and a Sonic Blast with Heath bar. We ended up with a strawberry flavored heavy cream substance but DEFINITELY not a strawberry malt. We also ended up with a custom Sonic Blast that had a dash of ice cream and a dash of the Heath bar with the same heavy cream stuff our “malt” came with. Where did pride in your work go? Are businesses that hard up for a penny that they have to receive the public like this. Oh well, one less place to spend money.

    I went to pick up an Uber eats order they only had the drink fixed when I arrived hadn't started the food then they didn't drop fried until burger was ready girl on front counter cleared the order when she bagged the burger so I had to wait on fries when I arrived they had one order on drive thru and guy on front had to go get his card they took 2 orders on drive thru and a few up front I watched as they served 6orders of fries up before girl on front mentioned waiting on fries for the Uber order it took almost 15 minutes to finally get my order. And as I waited I watched the girl on front stand their taking orders while drinking a soda which is against health code standards.She never washed her hands nor did the girl cooking who came up front to help with an issue and to the drive thru to help with an issue on the register. They clear orders so they show quicker service but in doing so I had to wait longer because girl doing fries didn't know they were waiting on fries. Girl on the front seem to have problems when she got a couple of orders disorganized.and touching food items after touching money and putting straw in her mouth. Actually took orders with drink in her hand sipping on it very unsanitary especially with a sink and hand sanitizer right there
