- C_CMT _Nov 14, 20251.0I went to this sonic this morning and sat in the drive through for 20 mins and when I finally got to the window they charged me for someone else’s food and gave me their drink when I told her that’s not what I ordered she took the drink back and sat it on the side then made me another drink then told me pull up and wait another 10 mins when I checked my daughter’s bag she had tots instead of fries that I ordered, I went in the store and she told me I had to wait another 2,5 minutes for fries, so now my daughter is late for school and I asked her will they offer me something for this inconvenience and she said just the fries she’s making, horrible customer service, her name is Stephanie and she seem to not care one bit when I told her I was going to do a review on her service also my kid was late for school because of this
