  Ordered through the app. I picked up from curbside. The employee brought out my order in less than five minutes. He greeted me with a smile and wished me a good night. The food and sundae were good. Everything in order was correct.

  Super clean, the motion in the kitchen was great everyone was doing something productive and the workers were nice. They were way quicker than I expected

  I visit this location often, usually late night. Every time I order the same thing 40 piece nugget they try to ring them up as 2 20 piece…and then I ask for sauce and they try to add extra for extra sauce. I called the guy taking my order out on it the other day for this being something he always tried to do and he said “do you want me to take your order or not because I don’t care.” I asked for his name and he said “I don’t have to give you that.” Now…the guy that works the window, Dontrail, is always very friendly and professional and apologized. He sees me on a regular basis and knows I’m not “that guy” that acts like that. I couldn’t believe how rude this other guy was. After talking with some other employees I found out the guys name I Johnny…and Johnny is like that with everyone. Johnny evidently doesn’t like working there from what I hear and that’s why they put him on night shift. That’s not my fault. I happen to have a dashcam recording of this interaction and will be posting it along with all the info to this location so people can witness it for themselves and ask the bigger question. Is this how McDonalds trains their employees? To scam the customers trying to save a couple extra dollars by charging them more? Trying to charge customers extra for extra sauce they didn’t ask for? Imagine if every McDonalds did this to all of their loyal customers because it seems to be normal at this location. We’ll see how the internet reacts after me posting to my 200k+ followers

  ⭐️ 1 Star (only because I have to in order to write this review) Bad service! We waited for close to 30 minutes for our to-go order and it never came out. When we finally asked, we were told they were prioritizing customers with rewards and the drive-thru… even though we used our rewards too. No explanation, no update, and not even an apology. Completely disappointing and unorganized. This location seriously needs to train their management & staff on how to provide great customer service and time management.
