  That lady Jen the works at the Azle McDonald's she was very nice and professional got our food out in record time when I walk up to the counter she was right there ready to answer any question I had with a smile on her face highly recommend this location will definitely be coming back

  I only order drinks from here and they still can't get it right. 3* times I've ordered sweet teas (which they upcharge for) and they gave me unsweetened tea. 2* times I ordered unsweet tea and you gave me sweet! Surely reading a screen, then walking over and reading the tea container can't be that difficult. Will not return.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. ALL of the fountain drinks are flat, the tea was empty, fries were old tasting, food on general didn’t taste good. They had like 15 or more people behind the counter & STILL couldn’t get anything right. My order was for “here” but was bagged “to go”. When I was here a week ago the employees behind the counter were all cussing like they were sailors. Food was not up to par then either. Door dash drivers were coming in to pick up orders after having been yelled & cussed at by the customers. Drive thru customers were coming in because their orders weren’t right. I most definitely will be calling management tomorrow 3-30-26, when there seems to be an actual adult manger/management there. This place is a joke & these employees definitely DON’T care about the service they are presenting to the customers.
