  The Walmart that this location is in unfortunately needs a lot of work, however the Subway is one good part of this area. The team is always very attentive, the location is clean and the food is fresh. If you’re unfortunate enough to be in this Walmart then you might as well stop in and receive some good customer service for a change.

  I don’t know who needs to see this, but I will be messaging corporate. Someone needs to retrain Lauren that works in the subway inside this Walmart absolute horrible customer service instead of speaking to me like a human being. She banged on the counter like I was a dog absolutely ridiculous if you can’t handle working with customers and find yourself a job somewhere else. There were five other subs being made in front of me and I had mentioned something to the gentleman standing next to me. We were just holding a light conversation and instead of speaking to me like a human being, she decided to bang on the counter again absolutely ridiculous. No reason for that whatsoever.

  El chico de color que me atendió, parecía molestarle atender a los comensales tronaba la boca y ponía mala cara haciendo gestos cada que le pedía agregar las vegetales. No volveré a comprar en esta tienda

  I’m curious why you can order a sandwich on the app to be picked up but when you try to order it in the store they’ve never heard of it? I don’t like to order on the app because it’s never made right but it’s very aggravating when you want a sandwich that you’ve ordered before but all of a sudden nobody knows what you’re talking about. I love subway but I’ve been to both locations in Azle and there’s always some kind of problem. Maybe the one in Springtown is better?
