  I've gone in a couple times and picked up my food, and the people are really nice. However, the bread at ten o'clock in the morning was hard like it had been sitting out all night. So I haven't gone back in the store, but i've ordered online. Three times in the last month, just because it's convenient. Anyway, each time and three different sandwiches. Two french bread and one sandwich bread and they were hard like they've been sitting out. And today my diet coke was flat. I even shook the bottle and there was no carbonation. So i'm done with this place. The food is substandard for a Jimmy John's.

  Tried it today, it was delicious! Place was spotless, they were kind, too. If you go thru the Rewards app, you can get a free sandwich(in the app).

  Always is 5 stars. But…. Room for improvement Move the onions to the front. So you stop getting onion in the lettuce. This has happened a few times, today is my last day ordering lettuce for this reason. 2nd when I order extra mayo. I want you to basically toss the 1 gallon jar above the oven on my sandwich. Ordering extra here at this location is no different than getting regular. I know you have it don’t be afraid to use it 🥹. The staff are always super friendly, very professional, and know how to make one amazing sandwich **The photo I’m sorry I had to take one bite out of it before I took a picture 🙃😊
