  Ordered on the app and bought a few of the over priced ranch dipping cups. However they ran out of ranch, still charged me for it and did bare minimum to fix it. They replaced it with other dipping cups that don’t amount to ranch?? Garlic and mango habanero. They did not try to fix it whatsoever.

  This place never has enough employees. I pay for extra cheese all the time, and usually end up getting pizza with bare bread showing in the middle of the pizza. Last time they burned the cheese bread, and still gave it to us. Usually have to go in and get our "carside delivery" because they don't acknowledge when you reply "I'm here" to the text message. Stood by and watched my order sit on the shelf, being told I've got 2 people in front of me, and watch them serve 6 other customers while my order sat there getting cold. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. They need to hire some grown ups, not just careless teenagers. I'm posting this 12/12/25. Maybe if they know what night got them the bad review, they'll know which employees need to be replaced. But this crap happens ALL THE TIME!

  We haven’t ordered from Domino’s in years because of poor quality and service. We decided to try again simply because we had been given a gift card. Well, whoever gave us that gift card wasted their money. Order accepted at 5:25pm. Order in the oven at 5:32pm. Quality checked by a “quality captain” at 5:42pm which I assume that means the pizzas are done and ready to be boxed. As you can see in the photo, as of 6:32pm the order had still not been delivered. As you can imagine after over 50 minutes of being out of the oven the pizzas were cold when finally delivered which made already bad pizza even worse to consume. To top it off, I paid for extra sauces and a 2 liter soda which were not delivered with the order. Never again, sorry not sorry.

  We order pizza online and it literally came with no sauce what’s so ever. Then when we called azles store to ask about a replacement the manager told us we needed to send the pizza back which we understood and didn’t have a problem with but then he started saying how nothing could be eaten at all but we had already take a bite out of one piece and he started being rude about it. Afterwards we asked to speak to the manager not knowing we already were and he said “ oh you wanna speak to the manager, hi manager speaking” very rudely. This is very unprofessional for a business. We tried working something else out even asked about buying another one and he was still rude. This isn’t the first time our orders have been messed up but having the disrespectful service was the breaking point. Please do better.

  LEANNEE she was the best. Online service was down and I had to call (haven’t done that in too long) to order. I had to ask about discounts, I had to ask about delivery, while also asking on how best to order and she was the most patient, she was kind, she even put me on hold to make sure I got the best deal for my 2 pizzas. After being transferred a couple times before finally reaching the actual store, I expected her to be rude and impatient but she went above and beyond to help me. She also double checked my delivery spot and read me back my order. I never order over the phone anymore, but to experience such good customer service when you have to is unexpected. Thank you Leannnee for being so helpful and kind enough to guide me. Will 100% be ordering again
