  I paid for extra The mushrooms and this is what I got . If I paid for the product, I would like to receive that product . This isn’t the first time that this has happened .

  My delivery driver forgot something, went all the way back to the store and brought it to me, without being asked. Super nice guy. Good pizza too. W Dominos

  have been a regular customer of your establishment and generally have a positive experience with your food and service. However, I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding a recent attempt to place an order through your mobile app. After the app received an update, I encountered difficulties completing an order—it repeatedly failed to accept or process it despite multiple attempts over approximately 15 minutes. To resolve this, I contacted customer support via phone. The automated system required about four minutes to collect my basic information (name and address) before connecting me to an order center representative. Unfortunately, the representative was unable to apply my available coupons or loyalty points to the order. They offered to transfer me to the local store for direct ordering, but given the time already invested without success, I chose to place my order with a different provider instead. I understand technical issues can arise, especially after updates, and I appreciate that support teams work to assist customers. That said, the combination of the app malfunction, lengthy verification process, and limitations in applying promotions made the experience quite frustrating and ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere this time. I hope this feedback helps identify areas for improvement—such as smoother post-update app functionality, more efficient phone verification, and better integration of coupons/points across support channels—so other customers can enjoy a seamless ordering process.

  I cant remember the gentleman's name who called me. I ordered a pizza without shredded cheese but didnt notice yhe provolone on it also. He called to make sure it wasn't an allergy before they sent the order out w the provolone on it. Yay!! Bc it was an allergy!! Thank you so much!

  I ordered from here at 6:10 and was told that my order was ready at 6:45. I went up there to pick my food I waited till 7:30 almost an hour after my email said it was ready for somebody to finally tell me my order was sitting in the back so now I have food that has been sitting for almost an hour because someone couldn't find my food absolutely ridiculous I would think twice before ordering here
