The store usually has what I want in stock, although sale items tend to run out quickly. Every associate that I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been a pleasure to work with. They all seem happy to help.

This time I put notes on several different products on the order and I feel like it was a waste of time. One of the products expired on Christmas Eve, but I had already done a refund request on a damaged item and the system would not let me enter another one. I didn't realize you had to do all the products at once. So I contacted customer support and they denied my request, even though I provided proof. I complained to them but I did not in any way personally attack the customer service people, I did not swear at them nor insult them, I simply told them that this keeps happening even though I put notes on multiple items. They told me they would refund it and then today I got an email saying that they have denied my request. So rather than give a frequent customer a refund of $3.99, they just lost my business forever. I will shop at Brookshire's or Walmart from now on. Way less of a headache.
