  The staff today Tuesday, April 7th night shift were absolutely amazing! 🤩 From the moment we walked in until we left, they were so kind and sweet to us. The hospitality was top-notch. The food was incredible—you have to try their Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwhich, milkshakes and spicy ketchup with fries 🙌- Everything we tried there was so delicious! I also really appreciated how clean and sanitized everything was. It’s rare to find a spot that hits all the marks on service, food, and cleanliness. We will definitely be back!   My family and I traveled to Austin this past weekend and came through this location a couple of late nights. We were thoroughly impressed with the staff’s professionalism, specifically a Deshawn & Isaiah (sorry if names are misspelled). Deshawn and Isaiah were both friendly, attentive, and genuinely polite while fulfilling my family’s order and additional requests. Deshawn and Isaiah made sure everything was correct and handled smoothly. It’s clear they both value their customers, and take pride in providing excellent customer service. I would travel all the way to Austin for great service like this, and I’ll be sure to stop by this location whenever I am in Austin.

  Whataburger has the best food and the quality of the service is 120% than any other place I've been their food is delicious and hot and the way they just serve it up to you the wrapping is perfect it's clean and it suggests that they took time and effort in the process. Props to Whataburger I wish we had three of them in Yuma but we don't! Their Patty melts are far beyond anything else I've had anywhere!!

  The morning crew here is very SLOW and rude. While using the drive-thru they asked me to pull ahead to wait for my food. After almost 15 mins of waiting, the manager came out to demand I park in the handicap spaces in front to wait longer and so I could move out of the way for the car behind me who got my food before I did. She said it was due to needing to make more pancake mix - unsure why it takes 20+ mins to mix "just add water" kind of mix. When I rolled my eyes, she lost it and told me that I don't have to be rude and to "not come here" if I did not like their service. LOL So if you come here expect to wait and don't even think about rolling your eyes at them.
