Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- OHOliver Hanchey1 day ago1.0Took one hour to get a burger on a Sunday afternoon . I ordered in the restaurant but entire legions of mobile orders were filled in the time I waited. I only got my food when there were no mobile orders waiting.
- KKKekeMar 31, 20261.0This is the worse Whataburger I have been to and being that it's close to UT campus you would think it would have better customer service it took them over 30 minutes to make my order it's just unacceptable and then they didn't have any salt or anything it's just the customer service wasn't right to me people that ordered after me got their order way before I got mines

We got out of a concert and me and my daughter were starving and decided to come here but regretted that decision the moment I started ordering. I asked for 2 large cokes with my 2 meals and not sure why I got a blue Powerade and I couldn’t even get it switched because the worker took forever to come outside. We ended up leaving our order even though I paid for it. Service was so bad that I didn’t care I just lost $23. Ended up driving 20 min to Taco Bell to get food.
