Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

They apparently gave away my other order and had to remake it, so I pulled forward and waited 15 minutes for someone to bring out the wrong order. Waited another 10 minutes for the manger to come out and say I never paid for the second order so I gave her more cash. She apologized then brought out ANOTHER WRONG ORDER. So I paid twice for cold incorrect food. I’ve filed an online complaint and no one has contacted me

I called and asked to talk to a manager about getting a refund for the 30+ minute ordeal the "fast" food had taken to rectify. I still did not receive my full meal. They suggested I visit the location a 3rd time to rectify the issue for a refund, rather than processing it over the phone. Try another location if you're really wanting Whataburger, or just make it at home. It isn't worth the hassle at this location.
