  Date: Friday, April 10, 2026 Time: 12:17 PM “My first and last experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order and went to pick it up through the drive-thru. No one responded at the speaker, so I had to drive up to the window just to get any attention at all. When I arrived, I clearly stated my name and that I had an online order. Instead of a simple and efficient handoff, I was told to go back around and repeat everything again through the speaker just to receive food I had already paid for. The process was completely disorganized and unnecessary. When I asked for the employee’s name, I was refused. While I was still trying to communicate, the window was shut in my face, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of all of this, even the basic essentials were missing from the order — there were no napkins included at all. I have never experienced an employee speaking to a customer in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I hope the manager reviews the security camera footage to see exactly how this situation was handled. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Disrespectful staff behavior, poor communication, and a lack of basic attention to detail. I would not recommend this location to anyone.”

  I recently stopped by Whataburger off I-35 and had a really positive experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly the way I ordered it. You can definitely tell this location pays attention to quality the burger was flavorful and everything tasted just right. The service really stood out to me as well. I want to give a special shoutout to Daniela for being so kind and attentive. She was patient, made sure my order was accurate, and created a welcoming atmosphere even during a busy time. On top of that, the restaurant was clean and well kept, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, this Whataburger location delivers great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

  Tammie was awesome! Letting was, too! I don't know if it's in the training or what, but every time I come to Whataburger I get treated so well. Your people are very friendly and very attentive this is back-to-back the third time in a row. I've been to Whataburger and felt that they went above and beyond to give good customer service.
