  Already experiencing a misfortunate day, I came in to Wendy on Cameron Rd. on my lunch break due to my previous order being incorrect to obtain my remake order as I was instructed to do by a manager. I explained the situation to the manager, Alejandra on duty today (whom was polite) but however, she misunderstood me &' began to ring me up. I was then redirected to another manager by the name of "Maria". Maria was Very RUDE. Very UNPLEASANT. Very DISRESPECTFUL. Maria never apologized for the mistake nor my inconvenience. Maria very dismissive towards me. Changed the policy at least 2xs mod conversation. Started speaking in Spanish (very aggressively + RUDELY might I add). Waved me off like I was a nobody, Mind you, I was the one whom was misinformed &' inconvenienced. I was on my lunch break from work so I had no time to go back &' forth w/someone who's on the clock. Plus, why would I when she was pit against anything I was trying to explain about MY order being incorrect? I never raised my voice, never had an attitude. I was over talked &' embarrassed in front of several customers. Long story short, I will NEVER give this location my business again moving forward. &' you NEVER know what someone is dealing with so if you are going to work in the customer service field, try to be mindful of that because the way Maria handled this whole situation, some ppl may not have been as graceful about this encounter as I chose to be, today.

  They repaired an order that was previously messed up. They were friendly and the food was great.

  So this place is a joke... I came in last night ordered 50 + dollars worth of food.... Was not given a receipt... Got home and order was made all wrong. The baconator fries were like soup. Just were made grossly. I came up and they found my order and the manager Gracie and her translator josylin basically accused me of being a liar even though they had my receipt in their hand.. WORLDS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work hard for my money and when it's basically stolen from me I have a problem with that.. so sad that its come to this... If I could give no stars I would... DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!!
