SOMEONE ALSO NEEDS TO COME IN AND TRAIN MIKE THAT HE DOESN'T WALK AWAY FROM A CUSTOMER'S ORDER TO USE THE SAME GLOVES HE WAS MAKING SAID CUSTOMER'S ORDER WITH TO TAKE DIFFERENT CUSTOMER'S ORDERS LEAVING THE FOOD UNCOVERED AND UNATTENDED TO FOR OVER 5 MINUTES.
