- EKEvgeniya KhlopchenyukMar 19, 20265.0Great experience in Topgolf Austin, loved the organisation, easy to book online, different options to book morning, afternoon or evening time of game with slightly different prices, you can play alone or with a group of people. When you book a game online you pay only 25% of the amount, so the rest you will pay at the end of the game and you can keep your booked time 1/1.30/2 hours or while you are there you can add more time, which is very comfortable. Good communication by text message when your bay is ready, nice service for drinks and food. Big parking in the front as well. Absolutely recommend to have fun there!

We were seated in two bays that the managers knowingly admitted the tracking sensors were not working. The only accommodation made was to give us free play time. That defeated the purpose of being able to enjoy a game with new friends and family that were attempting to enjoy their first experience at top golf. We were not informed before making our way to the bays that this was an issue nor was there an accommodation made to switch us to a new bay. The managers were very rude and never checked on us either. We visit top golf many times a year and this has been the worst experience ever!!
