  Came here today to eat lunch with my dogs. The food was amazing! Especially the smoked wings! 🔥 the gentleman that took care of us was awesome. I think he was the owner. he was super welcoming with us and our dogs. We are def coming back. This place was awesome 👏🏻

  True Austin vibe and good times thanks to Rick and his crew. Loved their wings, chicken and pork ribs. Also, that smoked, spicy sauce was sublime. Save yourself time waiting in the long lines at other joints and eat here. Say hi to Rick and enjoy some of Austin’s best BBQ. I’ve tried Franklin’s, Interstellar, Rudy’s, Terry Black’s, Coopers, Lamberts and many others. Green Mesquite stands out in this crowd.

  I live in WA, where there is a drought of any good food, so I know bad food well. This is some of the worst garbage I've ever had. My chicken was undercooked and made me sick. The service was terrible and we were ignored for 20 min before standing up to go ask someone to wait on us. Then he gave us too few menus and looked as high as I've ever seen anyone. The live music was also terrible. Go to Nashville for music was the vibe of this place. Definitely avoid.
