  I requested no lettuce on my orders twice and found lettuce placed on my orders. Unable to enjoy meal and very disappointed in the service at this location.

  They are really terrible at service and food quality , i waited 5min and nobody helped me in the drive through untill i said hello ! I do not like having to be the one to talk to them for them to take my order firstly . I placed an order , waited in like for almost 15-20min . When I finally got my food they under portioned my large fries and were very cold ! I called them 5 times to make a complaint and nobody answered at all ! I work at a fast food industry and I never serve cold food to customers and under option food . We work hard for our money !

  Would give zero stars if possible but I suppose I will let the one star be for the staff that did seem to be trying. However poor service stems from poor leadership and it is obviously a major issue here. I could rant forever about this horrible experience but will just be to the painfully obvious point. Poor service most likely stemming from the franchise owner trying to save a buck by short staffing and simultaneous poor operating practices. P.s. was an online order and I received my food 42min after the estimated ready time..
