  I normally don't write reviews but when you pay $6 for nacho fries and they are of such low quality, like they have been sitting around for hours! Very disappointed!!!! Especially when I could have have gone to Sonic just down the street or Popeyes next door and paid less! Never again!!!!!

  Would give this place Zero Stars if I could really terrible experience with Uber Eats placed a order and waited a hour just for my order to be canceled and then placed my order a second time just for it to be canceled again I initially called the store about my first order and they said that someone picked my order up already and I even told them that I would place it again and the response was “okay” never a “hey our system is down” or anything now I will have to wait another 6-8 days just to receive a refund why even have Uber Eats on if the system is down I’m a manager myself at a restaurant and understand that this can be done with just a simple not accept order button or to turn off orders from being received I even tried to call about my second order being placed no answer now which is funny just plain laziness and people not wanting to make the dam food don’t waster your time on this place go to McDonald’s or somewhere else at least they won’t try to dodge your call when trying to see if your food is ready

  I had the steak tacos and I have not had that great of tender steak even at a steak restaurant.

  i went to pick up my food and they said they gave it away 10 mins before i got there. the general manager refused to remake my food OR refund me and accused me of already having the order even after i showed them my mobile app & said they could check the cameras. they would not refund me and only offered to remake my food after i said i would call the police if i wasn’t refunded. i grew up in this area & i will never come here again. would rather try norwood 🤢
