- TBThe BottomlessApr 4, 20261.0I’m a regular here, more often than not my interactions are pretty poor with employees. I get that it’s fast food but why is it so rough? So today was my boiling point, I went through the drive-through today to grab my regular crunch wrap meal at 6pm. A young lady at 6pm took my order and the interaction went OK when I drove off I realized I actually got a diet drink so I drove back around and got my Pepsi no problem, i don’t like being rude where there mistakes because it happens that’s fine, but honestly, that young ladies attitude was so awful. She was incredibly rude and its experiences like that that make me feel like going back is not worth it. Like that was really rough for no reason. Please do better.
