I ordered on the app and was charged and told my order was received but when I drove to the store they told me they were closed and that I would have to cancel the order. I couldn't find the cancel order button and they final figured it out for me but it said it would be 2-3 days for my refund. This was a terrible experience and I will not be using this service again. Really a huge waste of time.

This particular location never serves piping hot fresh food. It’s so weird. Their standards are super low with managers on duty.

I typically don't even eat Taco Bell because it's horrible and horrible for you, but on the night of March 19th I wanted to abuse myself and BOY was I in for a treat. Pulled into the drive thru at 10:47 and the line was already long, so I knew I was about to waste half an hour of my life for garbage food. Finally got to the speaker about 5 minutes later and then proceeded to wait in silence while the staff got themselves together. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to start taking my order. 2 people attempted to take my order, once again, real nice, knew that this was going to cause issues. At one point I asked the guy taking my order if he was good because he was struggling THAT MUCH to take 4 item order. sFinally got to the window, paid, and waited almost another 10 minutes for my food when I realized they had gotten an item wrong. When I told the guy at the window about the mistake, he acted dumb and pretended not to understand me (maybe he actually is that ignorant, huge possibility). Once I was able to get him to understand what I was trying to get across, it became a whole situation amongst the staff inside. I was charged for the correct item and then some white chick who thinks she's the queen of Taco Bell instructed him to have me pull forward. I refused. I will not pull forward in a drive thru after 11pm so I can be forgotten about for another 10-20 minutes. This chick and I continued to have words at the window when at one point she said, "Fine, wait then. I'll make you wait forever." So I turned off my car and got comfortable. Another 10 minutes went by before they gave me the correct item. So if there is any management questioning what happened to the drive thru numbers after 10:30 on 3/19, that's why. And to the queen of Taco Bell at William Cannon - I didn't even eat the nacho fries. Proving a point to you and the rest of the staff was satisfying enough. I suggest you stop playing with customers at the window because other people are crazier than I am and will come through the window at you, which honestly would be well deserved. Thanks for being the final push I needed to never go to a Taco Bell ever again. Hope you have the life you're destined for!

If you ask to add something onto a taco, they will take something else off without asking. If you correct the mistake, they will put the missing item back on in the receipt and charge you accordingly, but they already made the taco without the item and just give it to you hoping you won't notice. This has happened multiple times on different weeks. It's a systematic issue. Charging for food that isn't delivered is a hard no from me.
