  They closed 20 minutes earlier that what is displayed online and on the door. A pathetic display of laziness.

  Made a mistake on my order and tried calling the store. Phone rang for 15 minutes and no answer. Absolutely ridiculous. They also don’t follow their scheduled open and close times.

  Young man working behind the counter, lacks customer service skills extremely rude won’t communicate with customers very well does not speak up. There was no thank you or anything after this purchase.

  Where are the friendly girls?... This Subway used to be one of the best for its service and cleanliness. Not anymore... Today the guys served me incredibly slow and rude. The guy was just throwing vegetables into my sandwich, and it seems like they need to be trained on how to wrap them. And the girl couldn't have been slower. The line was awful, with lots of mixed-up vegetables. The floor was dirty, and the soda machine was filthy. I hope they make changes. 01/03/26
