  Ordered for pick up. I got a meatball sandwich and my husband got an Italian l, both were supposed to be toasted. When we got home(which was across the street) and opened our sandwiches they weren’t even toasted and my meatballs were cold in the middle.

  Food was good as always. However, the missing service star is because when I order 2 or 3 different subs, they do not provide a way to differentiate them. We have to open the subs to find out whose is which.

  I stop by the Subway on Breaker Ln at least once a week, and every visit is consistently great. The team is always friendly, quick to greet you, and genuinely in a good mood. Most of the time when I go in, Alexis is working, and she’s fantastic. She remembers my favorite order and always asks whether I’m sticking with my usual or trying something new. Her positive attitude and willingness to chat always brighten my day, and honestly, she’s a big reason I keep coming back. When friends tell me no business is friendlier than Chick‑fil‑A, I tell them to try my Subway! Subway, you’ve got an outstanding employee in Alexis—don’t let her go!
