  They did not pack my sandwich properly. As I was carrying my order, my sandwich's fell of the bag that was wet and not strong enough. My food got dirty and high I can't take to my kids to eat. I asked them to take care of my order. Their reaction was not appropriate. They argued if this happens another time they will not redo my order. I told them if they do their job correctly of course it will not happen. They were rude and not professional. They do not have a name tag and refused to give me their names or their manager name. When I insisted one of them gave me her name : Janine, specially this lady “Janine” so rude and unprofessional she needs to learn how to treat customers,the other one ignored me and left. This is a bad reputation for subway. How can employees not have a name tag nor willing to share their name with the customer. I have been a customer for several years. And it is not the first time that happens. It is really bad for the business. Plz don’t go to this place 6405 S IH 35, Austin, TX

  worse experience i’ve ever had at subway thanks to the manager on shift she doesn’t know how to talk be respectful or be professional she has no business being a manager or in a work environment at all with her attitude and ugly gestures

  the manager is the most unprofessional person working there and it doesn’t help that there’s barely any knowledge of english in the entire establishment. The manager herself can’t communicate with customers

  This place really needs to get rid of the disgusting disgruntled employees. I watched 2 people walk out, she barely speaks English if at all, and so she need everything demonstrated and repeated to her and she does it all begrudgingly. The other staff are decent, but you'll make fewer tips and have fewer folks come back with people like this.

  The food is always good, the service was very good. Subway has began using kiosk to order which is a step down in my opinion. This trip the staff stepped up and offered to take my order the old fashion way which I appreciate Get rid of those kiosk.
