As soon as I walked in and they found out it was my first time in, I got a tour of all of their inventory, history and background of some of the meat they use, their process for how they prep their brined chicken wings and their list of wine pairings from wines they sell that go well with each cut of meat. Both of the workers shook my hand and introduced themselves and were very kind. Definitely will be making the drive from south Austin to them from now on.
