  Meat was slightly dry didn't look nearly as good as in the picture but I understand that its advertising. Burrito was meh. Service kept trying to get us to buy other stuff but again, I understand its advertising. For a fast food place that had absolutely no customers expect us I expected it to by a little faster. Experience was fine

  Waited around 20 minutes for my order yesterday but Emalee handled it with so much kindness and patience and got it figured out for me! Fresh pretzels made it worth the wait.

  i’ve been coming here for 6 years, used to love it now the staff is lousy and careless. they just purposely gave us the wrong order twice and made us wait 25+ min for it

  These people actually served us grill scrapings on a bun. Horribly disgusting practice. I don't know if the folks were trying to be cute or funny but serving inedible grill sludge is completely unacceptable. Sonic also doesn't like to give refunds even when their employees mess things up so bad. Would not recommend this establishment.

  Ordered a caramel shake, got a vanilla shake with extra vanilla they charged me for vanilla and it had no caramel. There was something red on top, I asked what it was, "My husbad is allergic to strawberry," I say. He says they don't have any strawberry, probably a cherry they took off. I said it's not caramel, he said they probaby messed it up and gave the wrong one. The tater tots were barely cooked. I spent almost $15 for tater tots with cheese and a wrong milkshake that wasn't great either. The kid was nice about it.
