As of late, when I have come here, they have either given me the wrong condiments or not given them to me at all. When I request the correct condiments, they tell me they have to charge me for them despite on the receipt saying that they are free. Horrible service.

Car Hops are rude- and they need training on how to make drinks on their menu (example- THE CREAM SLUSHIE) . Terrible location. LAZY WORKERS

The food here is great, however, sometimes products cooked in the deep fryer have the slightest hint of "old oil" aftertaste, which typically comes from the oil not being changed as regularly as needed; That said, my tastebuds are weird & most people likely won't notice it. The service here is quite good, however, because you're being served by a person, who may be having a bad day, be aware that sometimes "habit overrides thought" & you'll get ice in your drink when you specifically request "no ice", so be sure to double-check, even if it displayed correctly on the screen. :) Also, in the past few months some of the card readers have been malfunctioning, so have your card out when they bring your order if you weren't able to pay at the kiosk; Not really an issue for me, but it may be for some. Overall, this location is a really good option if you're craving a relatively quick meal, from friendly staff, that won't break the bank! :)

Much faster than the last Sonic I visited in the Austin area on the Southside. Menu can be hard to see or find things. There's a $1.99 jr bacon cheeseburger that I know exists, but could not find it anywhere on the menu. The employee couldn't find it either, but asked someone else working there and they found it. Hidden menu items, but IYKYK! 😂 BUT IF THEY DONT, GOOD LUCK!
