I had to repeat my order 3 times and I guess after he still didn’t understand, he just disappeared. I waited for about 5 minutes and decided I’m not gonna deal with service like that and just drove off. If it’s so hard for you to understand people and take orders, maybe don’t work in fast food.
went through the drive-thru and samantha served us. she extremely sweet and had an amazing smile at all times! our burger was a little dry but that’s okay she made the experience so much better! i hope she’s working next time!
If you open at 8am, perhaps you should turn your fryers on 30 minutes to 1 hour before you start taking orders. You're messing with people's time and money, how embarrassing.
Ridiculous wait time, waited almost 30 minutes for a burger and a shake. Watched the employees clear my order from the screen, and then take another 15 minutes to give me my order (presumably to make their order times look better). By the time I got my food my shake was melted, they might as well have given me a cup of milk. “Fast” food…
RACIST
I was a harassed by a man. He randomly walked up to my truck, told me I could not park in that handicap, and because I refused to show him my handicapped placard, he took a picture of my plate to file a police report on me. I called sonic (as i'm sitting in there parking lot eating my food) and they proceed to tell me "well you need to move spaces...he is with towing enforcement." No I d/ no tow truck NOTHING! Just agreed with him at will...but okay. I feel like me as a customer that I am not valued.Because one of the employees could have came out and asked me to move if it was that serious. Very unprofessional environment!
This random man goes to sit in his in his jeep, NOT TOW TRUCK after he has taken my plate. An employee has yet to come out and say anything to this man, even though I have notified them that he is out here harassing me as a BLACK WOMEN! AND ONLY ME!!! He has yet to approach another vehicle. There are other people parked around, literally, waiting on their kids. To get out of school, I pay for my food, so I feel like I should be able to enjoy it. But I can't, because now I feel unsafe.
