OMG, nothing could've prepared me for the tender, flavorful brisket we had!! I went for the sandwich but after I saw my husband's loaded brisket potato I had severe jealousy. That smoked potato with brisket on top... My god. Yes. The brisket was lean and fork tender. Their two sauces are vinegary. The sissy sauce still has a little zip and a lot of flavor! Will be returning it you couldn't tell.

The moist brisket is melt-in-your-mouth perfection and the tender ribs are absolutely delicious. The cream corn, coleslaw, and potato salad are all fantastic sides, and the condiment bar lets you customize your plate just the way you like it. Open from 6am which is great for an early BBQ fix. The service is friendly and efficient even with a crowd. If you want authentic Texas BBQ, Rudy's never misses!
