- KHKaylan HillMar 11, 20261.0SO WHEN WAS IT OK TO PAY FOR SERVICES & be disrespected in the process I went to the burnet location to pick up a delivery as I entered I gave the name of the order the white lady with reddish hair looked at the station with the pizzas and then proceeded to the back without telling me if it was up there or not so I waited another ten mins when another lady came up she asked me had I been helped I told her “kinda “ told her the order and she gave it to me I check to see if my item was correct when I noticed it was the wrong pizza I told them & was instructed to wait for a remake the lady got the box and had a attitude threw firmly in the trash I was so uncomfortable

Everything was delivered on time, set neatly on the tables, and the pizzas still tasted great even after an hour. Such a responsible and reliable store!
