  I had a frustrating experience with my recent order. I specifically ordered six asiago bagels, unsliced and untoasted. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was given only three asiago bagels and three plain bagels because they had run out of asiago. The issue is that no one contacted me ahead of time or gave me the option to choose a replacement—I would have preferred to decide that myself instead of having my order changed without notice. On top of that, the order was incomplete. There were no napkins, butter, or utensils included, which made the experience even more inconvenient. Overall, this felt like a lack of communication and attention to detail. I expect better service, especially when orders are modified and I drove 30 minutes to pick-up.

  Almond Crossiant was hot and fresh, and ready to go, when I got there on time. Very Friendly staff, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The stores was clean, organized and spacious, I will return!

  Rude staff and atmosphere is bad most of the time compared to other areas. Was filmed accidentally by staff at this location while they were on break on a separate occasion, and had to approach them about that additionally. After putting in a complaint after they continued received the worst response to a complaint. The staff is so tight knit together, That they will sit there and gaslight you on the entirety of the situation and being political about the specific wording instead of professionally handling the situation. They seemed more concerned about their own feelings, falsifying appearances and doing what they pleased while working than to be professional. If you want to study here, be prepared for attitude especially if you do not match demographics.

  Probably my worst experience. Took forever to take my order, looked super unorganized/ behind in the back & hair in my food not one person wearing a hairnet. All I could hear im assuming was the manager complaining about how she was over the day.
