- MSMisha Sunborn6 days ago1.0I had a bad experience here. The two employees had weird vibes and an offensive appearance. One man was wearing extremely costume-like makeup, which I found off-putting. The employees looked like they would fit in better at Hot Topic or Spencer's Gifts. This isn't the kind of energy I expected shopping at Nordstrom's Ebar. I also received my drinks iced when I didn't ask for that, and honestly didn't feel comfortable saying anything about it.

I came yesterday and ordered my latte and completely forgot to order non-dairy milk. I noticed my mistake as soon as I took a sip. I got back in line fully prepared to pay for another latte with oat milk. The sweet barista saw me in line and offered to redo my latte at no charge. I didn’t catch their name unfortunately, but they had great eye shadow! It was pretty busy and I just thought it was really sweet that they noticed I got back in line and offered to remake the latte - even knowing that it was fully my mistake. Kindness goes a long way and I won’t forget the gesture!
